(6)-If D.P.s are adjusted on walls at easy reach for connection fixing and repairing, they are misused or disturbed by any road-siders.
(7)-If D.P.s are fixed on elevated poles, it requires stair case to fix connection or for repairing and in such a case, the line-men don’t respond easily or demand fat bribe
(8)-For all such MALADMINISTRATION, Monthly Bills were issued of 20 to 25 thousand P.M. to customers whose monthly consumption was hardly upto one thousand.
(9)-For such blind disorder and chaos, if the suffering consumers happened to go for inquiry, they were orderd first to pay the Arbitrary Bill in any way and then to talk.
(10)-If further stress was made by somewhat alert consumers, the Drama of setting up an inquiry committee was performed.
(11)-To approach such the committee, the consumer had to go and come several times absenting from his duty or job.
(12)-Generally the outcome of the above Drama was “ THE ISSUED BILL IS ALL RIGHT, THE CARELESSNESS AND MISUSE IS ON YOUR PART.”

(b)-‘WE WILL PROVIDE YOU FREE OF COST LANND-LINE CONNECTION WITH NET ( THE SOURCE OF MENTAL CORRUPTION FOR THE YOUNG GENERATION AND LADIES ) AT CHEAPER RATES.[ IT HAS BEEN WELL KNOWN FOR 70 YEARS WHAT ARE THE LAND-LINE SERVICES OF THE DUFER PTCL]

NOW READ THE DETAILS OF THIS ARBITRARY ACTION AGAINST THE PUBLIC AND THE NATION :------------

(6)-If D.P.s are adjusted on walls at easy reach for connection fixing and repairing, they are misused or disturbed by any road-siders.
(7)-If D.P.s are fixed on elevated poles, it requires stair case to fix connection or for repairing and in such a case, the line-men don’t respond easily or demand fat bribe
(8)-For all such MALADMINISTRATION, Monthly Bills were issued of 20 to 25 thousand P.M. to customers whose monthly consumption was hardly upto one thousand.
(9)-For such blind disorder and chaos, if the suffering consumers happened to go for inquiry, they were orderd first to pay the Arbitrary Bill in any way and then to talk.
(10)-If further stress was made by somewhat alert consumers, the Drama of setting up an inquiry committee was performed.
(11)-To approach such the committee, the consumer had to go and come several times absenting from his duty or job.
(12)-Generally the outcome of the above Drama was “ THE ISSUED BILL IS ALL RIGHT, THE CARELESSNESS AND MISUSE IS ON YOUR PART.”
(13)-In most of such cases, the misuse for foreign calls used to happen either from the rough telephone line thrown loosely upon the terrace of the building or from the D.P.s. by linemen or roadsiders
SO IN NO WAY AND NO WAY,THE LAND LINE SERVICE IS PRACTICALLY IN PUBLIC INTEREST, IT IS ONLY IN THE INTEREST OF PTCL BUREAUCRATS.
For such hundreds of cases we had to approach to the legal channels and had to prepare the case record files of 200 to 300 pages with all the documentry proofs which were submitted to ARMY MONITORING CELL AND OMBDUSMAN.

BEFORE THAT THE CONNECTION DEMANDING APPLICANTS HAD TO WAIT FOR YEARS OR HAD TO FEED VERY VERY FAT BRIBE. IN THOSE DAYS, TELEPHONE WAS UNIMAGINABLE RARE LUXURY AS SOME WONDER IN A FEW COUNTABLE HOUSES AND OFFICES.

(2)-THIS WIRE IS MISAPPROPRIATED UNDER THE PRETEXT OF REPAIRATION USE OR SOMETIMES IT IS CUNNINGLY PLANNED TO GET STOLEN TO BE SOLD OUTSIDE.
(3)-LINEMEN AND FIELD INSPECTORS HAVE BEEN MARKED SELLING THE AMPLE WIRE COILS AT THE COST WHATEVER THEY DEMAND.

(7)-BACKDOOR COMMISSION OR BRIBE IS RECEIVED FROM THE EMPLOYED AND CONTRACTED STAFF.
(8)- FOR URGENT CONNECTIONS BY THE IGNORANT USERS, MOSTLY LADIES HAVING NO GENTS, THE BRIBE AS PER OPEN DEMAND IS RECEIVED.
(9)-THE DEMANDED COMMISSION OR BRIBE IS RECEIVED BY THE UPPER WHITE ELEPHANTS FOR PROMOTION, ALLOWANCES, SHIFTING AT DESIRED LOCATIONS ETC.
(10)-ABOVE ARE THE OPEN MARKET POINTS WHO CAN KNOW THE FURTHER DIPPER SECRETS.
(11)-THE SUPER BUREAUCRATS HARDLY ATTEND THEIR OFFICES DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS.

(15)-DIRECTORS,GENERL MANAGERS, MANAGARES, SECRETARIES, D.E.s, HIGH OFFIICERS etc. ATTEND THEIR OFFICES ON THEIR MOOD AND AT THEIR FREE WILL.
(16)-SUPER BUREAUCRATS KNOW VERY WELL THAT THE WHOLE ORGANISATION OF PTCL IS THE WORLD-CLASS ‘ORPHANAGE’ SO NONE OF THE SUB-ORDINATES FEELS HIMSELF RESONSIBLE TO ANY SUPERIOR WHO SHOWS ANGER AT THEM ONLY FOR THE MUTUAL CONCERN OR UNDERHAND MATTERS BUT NOT AT ALL FOR ANY PUBLIC SERVICE.
DEAR FELLOW COUNTRYMEN WHAT CAN YOU HOPE FROM THE WORST PAKISTANI BUREAUCRACY THAT HAS TURNED THIS NATIONAL ORGAN INTO THEIR PERSONAL BUSINESS FIRM AND TRY TO EXTORT WEALTH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO FEED INTO THEIR FOREIGN ACCOUNTS AS THEY ARE AFRAID THAT “ WHO KNOWS WHO WILL BE THERE AFTER 5 YEARS”
ANY SO SAID DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT WITH THE MANDATE OF MAJORITY JAHEELS, COUNTRY CLOWNS (65 %) ALWAYS REMAINS ALSO IN THE SAME FEVER AS THEY INVEST LACS IN ELECTION TO EARN CRORES SO IN PARTY POLITICS THEY HAVE NO SPARE TIME TO THINK UPON ANY PUBLIC WOES.

Its all talking, talking. PTCL still has to learn international standards. I applied land line and broadband service in north Karachi, since first day of its installment I face big noise on phone, no speed in internet. Only thing in which PTCL is very particular is billing, they want only money. After so many complains finally I give up. I took private company internet, little expensive but i have peace of mind and also using cell phone again expensive but i have peace of mind. They say that in my area they don't have fiber optic so i face problem. My question is if you have this problem then why you offer these services in that area. You should have informed me that sorry we can't provide you services in this area.

I am getting calls from PTCL Islamabad Office informing Vphone Wireless facilities will be discontinued from end of August 2014 and I may switch over to Land Line. I am using the Wireless facility from last three years without any compliant. I have another land line facility from September 2013 with full of complaints. I fail to understand the change in policy of PTCL to discontinue the performing facility of Wireless VPhone and promoting ailing facility of land line.

there was no daily land rent charges on V simple package, which are now being deducted from user with out any pre intimation. in the current technology race if PTCL uses this type of arguments than it will be very difficult to survive for them as now in Pakistan almost every body is using Mobile phones and all the Mobile phone companies are providing best services with very good tariff to the user, It is necessary for PTCL to review its tariff and attitude with user otherwise we will switch OFF the sets on permanent basis,

V-Phone system is going to be paralysed by some hidden hands or inexperienced persons. The system of recharging is completely upset. Even the signals are not uniform and steady. The tax charges are raised from time to time but the service is going down and down. NONE IS TO SEE THERE. The auto complaint and recharging systems also of no result. Surprising is the fact that the customers are not allowed to talk verbally to the operators to clearify any problem.
